Hamer Steve Stevens model 12-string basses
Only a handful of Steve Stevens style 12-string basses were built by Hamer. The body style is similar to the model B12S shape, it is more like the Steve Stevens model guitars with beveled edges all around. These basses have the asymmetrical headstock with the Gibson-style "bell" truss-rod cover.
This bass has a single truss rod.
Jon Brant had a Steve Stevens model 12-string bass built in the metallic light blue finish. It appears silver in certain lighting conditions. This bass was subsequently owned by Chip Z’Nuff, and it was included in a poster for the band Enuff Z’nuff. This bass has three humbucking pickups.
