Songwriter Magazine was founded in 1975 by Len Latimer and was published in Hollywood, California. The June, 1981 issue may have been the last issue published. It includes an interview with Cheap Trick’s Rick Nielsen. While one photo includes the 12-string bass, it is not mentioned.
