Rocky was a weekly music and lifestyle magazine for young people published in Germany between November, 1977 and June, 1980. A total of 135 issues were published. In October of 1979 the magazine’s name was changed to Rocky das Freizeit Magazin (Rocky the Leisure Magazine) and the content was expanded, presumably to reach a wider, more adult audience. Starting in July of 1980, Rocky das Freizeit Magazin was combined with Pop and Popfoto magazines to become Pop Rocky.
