Hunk was signed by Geffen Records, released this one album and was dropped by the label a short time later. Drew Santarsiero recorded three songs with his black Hamer B12L 12-string bass. His 12 is also shown on the back cover, it is leaning up against his amp.

After Hunk disbanded, Drew Santarsiero appeared on an episode of ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ as the bassist for singer Jamie Blake. His Hamer B12L is visible for just a few seconds. Outside of this one appearance of a 12-string bass on the show (and actress Hilary Swank, YUM!) there isn’t much else interesting about this series. If you want to check it out, this episode appeared in Season 8 and is titled “Illegal Tender”. It was first televised on January 14, 1998.
